The wait time for boneyard brigade respawns, Has anyone else had issues with this?

I'm not sure if it was bugged, or I was unlucky on timings.
Finally finished it, after two days and 4 re-logs.

But Boneyard is fine... it's the Heartwhatever Splinters one that sucks. Whole thing needs reworked. It's just... bad. "Wait around for spawn to pick up... 12 times in different locations".

When I'm doing a Non-Chain Quest the idea is, get in and get out. When I'm doing a Chain Quest, the idea is 'what is this chain, what are we doing... cool story, get loot, good day'. It plays like a Chain, but it's single task, and you don't know that going into it. So once you get there, and realize what is happening, and how long you'll be looking for something to finally spawn... not worth. Especially with Rewards being pretty low... you've got to make the Mission the Pay Off with Rewards like this, it needs to be fun and exciting. This is just frustrating and aggrevating.

On boneyard, I found that some of the skeletons do not spawn at the locations that are marked. Finally completed it but still long respawn times

I have forever been trying to recover the records of scout Lokard.. The shovel is there has the icon to click but does not complete. I have not had luck getting drops for gear so quests are the way to go it seems.. So it is irritating even if It's alpha. Considering it's the starting area and quest line.. Really?!?! You expect this down the line a bit but off the cuff. Seriously. Disappointing.

Lokard's is mis-marked, atm. I spent about an hour trying to find the corresponding NPC - was sure it was the NPCs on top, then was looking for one below. HOWEVER! I was able to determine it's one of the undead soldiers like most of the others - BUT the spawns is slightly north and west of the structure. The NPCs for this are on about a 5-minute timer. He's literally just off the road.

The quest-marker could definitely be adjusted. Would complain more, EXCEPT I ended up with both a rare material-drop AND a rare Boss-chestplate from the NPCs on top of the structure where the marker presently is.

Quests aren't worth the time.
They are shallow, a little buggy, send you to kill things you need a group for, or have you wandering around a huge area.

Find some mobs and chop chop.
