This isn't going to be about bugs or issues with servers, purely from an old-school gamer perspective opinions about fun and that addictive feeling that I think we all crave. So most of you can agree that art style appreciation is subjective, my focus is on immersion and feeling cool while kicking butt. My art concerns are hair and skin textures,(dial-down realism) I'm sure it will all change but the skybox and day and night cycles are always a little too dark, On combat it's a little strange to get used to, (clunky) and don't feel as smooth or fluid yet as its early days, I just feel they trapped themselves with trying to hard to please both groups of players (tab target and action) selecting abilities and placing them on action bars needs a little bit of tinkering, but the biggest issue is questing and indicators of quest givers and finishing and turn-ins, it's confusing. Maybe it has all been said before or people may disagree, but I honestly want AOC to be a huge success as I enjoyed the community and player interactions and the intrepid team seems to be passionate gamers, the game has potential but I feel like I just wanna check back in after a couple of years and see where it's at if I'm not committed to another MMO

Struggling to workout where to hand quests in does my head in. Maybe I'm just to used to having my hand held 🫠😆

It is fine to have a few quests that are hidden. That can be fun. Kind of like the Epic quests in Everquest. I really think though, to start with, they need to put in quest indicators(or better ones) similar to most other online games. Yes locating secrets are fun but honestly they will not be secrets for long. It is not fun to have to rely on sites just to quest. If a game starts to feel tedious or work like, less players are going to play the game. Say what you will, but there was a reason World of Warcraft had millions of players. It was easy and ..usually...fun to play.
