Items Disappeared / ROLL BACKED after unstucking and crashing

I lost all of my earned items and materials i earned during this gaming session. All new items I had equipped also disappeared and had all of my OLD equipment.
10 minutes later, my entire party crashed and when they loaded back, all of their earned items they gained were all gone. All items they sold were back in their inventory. OLD traded items they had before logging in today were back in their inventory / equipment slot.
Essential, it felt like inventory got rolled back to when we first started today.
All consumed food/scolls were back, our gold/silver/copper was not affected. XP was not affected.

This specifically occurred when logging my character in after unstuck it from terrain. Specifically character does not appear in game and player pov is from on terrain. Was able to successfully log in character by creating a new character. Selecting it, pressing play. When the queue box disappears. Click on main character and press play before you load into the game. Then I could play on my main character. Upon checking inventory found that it was reset and full of items i previously removed or traded and lacking items that i had gained while fighting the past few hours.
