On certain kill quests- if you don't kill the mob inside the circle- you don't get the credit towards the quest. When there are large sections being grinded and the same mob exists, however, just outside of the circle (even in the same pack or group) but doesn't allow you quest credit- this feels bad.

    It does seem quite literal. I found that with goblins , but I guess once used to it , probably be second nature

    Can you tag a mob outside the circle and then lure it into the quest credit area to kill it? The distance mobs follow you when aggroed seems insane right now.

    Yes. Tested this in the covid fields quest. If you pull the gryphons back into the circle -two spawn just on the other side of a land bridge outside the quest circle. If you bring back into the circle, you'll get credit for the kill. Outside the circle, you will not.
