Texture Issues - Players Turn into Sphere Assets Briefly and Some Parts of World Are Missing

Players occasionally turn into Unreal Engine 5 plain sphere assets for a few seconds. Some textures in world are also missing
Bug Reproduction Steps
Move around different areas of the world, especially in populated zones. Carphin for example has a part of the floor that was missing.
Expected Result
Players should retain their intended textures and models.
Bug Report - Actual Result
Players randomly appear as sphere assets for a few seconds, losing their correct textures momentarily.
