Mob Ability Rendering Delay - Poison Attacks

Mob abilities like poison attacks do not render immediately, causing delayed visuals.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Engage with poison-throwing mobs.
Watch for the poison attack visuals and note the timing.
Expected Result
Poison attacks should render in real-time as they hit the player.
Bug Report - Actual Result
Poison attack visuals render after the attack has already hit, causing confusion and delayed response. I also notice at times it really seems like I was not standing in poison but still got hit by it. Some people say sometimes the poison on ground in some spots never renders at all.
