Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!
For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Problems before logging in (only observed on Friday and Saturday)
Expected Result
There are no problems when entering and standing in queue
- The queue does not move (canceling the queue and reconnecting does not always help).
- The queue counter shows outdated values (heat-ported between 1 and the maximum value)
- After selecting a character, it freezes at the "Connecting to server" stage
- While waiting for the queue, the error "A player request is pending and will either resolve or timeout. Code: 18" appears (If you don't react, the problem disappears after a while (if you react, it throws you out of the queue))

There are no problems when entering and standing in queue

Information about the "horse" is already in the "Known Issues", but I would like to add:
Unstack does not help (does not react).
Relog helps.
Expected Result
The camera does not get stuck "inside" the character
When clicking on Unstuck, the character "JohnnyHazz" and character "MLG" got stuck in "endless" loading.
Restarting the game fixed the problem

Loading screen does not freeze when using unstack
- Sometimes after Mobs kill a player - mobs remain standing at the place of death (even if it is very far from the place of "habitation" of the mob)
Expected ResultMobs return to their natural habitat after killing a player.
- Sometimes mobs are marked as allies (green) - and they cannot be attacked. However, they attack you.
Restarting the game helps.Expected Result
Hostile mobs are always available for attack.
- Sometimes "ghosts" of mobs are visible on the map (they stand, but do not react to interaction (attacks, etc.)
Expected ResultThe map displays only current versions of creatures (without "ghosts")
When buying from NPCs, there is a choice of the number of goods to buy.
Expected Result
Increase/decrease purchase items arrows - increase/decrease the number of purchased items
- After purchasing (any item) from an NPC - the purchased item did not appear in the inventory
- After gathering a resource, it did not appear in the inventory
- After moving from a warehouse or to a warehouse via RMB - it did not appear in the required inventory
In all cases, the relog returned the inventory to normal (everything that should have appeared in them)Expected Result
The inventory interface shows the current inventory status.
- acceleration sometimes freezes (cannot be turned off) - long pressing of the "acceleration" button helps
Expected ResultAcceleration state is correctly toggled by pressing the hotkey once
- when the character "swimming" and accelerates - the "space" button does not work (the character cannot emerge)
Expected ResultThe character can correctly emerge while boosting.
- Sometimes items that drop from mobs are not looted (you can see what dropped, but you can't pick it up)
Expected ResultLoot from mobs is always picked up correctly

The cloak worn by the character does not disappear (or the conditions for disappearance are more clearly stated)
