Ranger Class Ability bug/Exploit

On Ranger, Putting a class point into Imbue Ammo: Weighted or Hunt of the Bear for example, turning on the toggled ability, and then respec the point into something else does not turn off the toggled ability. This also works for the second tier of abilities and might work for other Archetypes.
Meaning when you get access to the second tier you can turn on the imbue ammo and the crow hunt and have one of the active abilities.
