Player Mount Killing and Corruption

Description
Currently, a player can flag up for PvP in a town or the open world and attack someone/kill their mount without any repercussions.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Flag up, attack player unflagged player but do not kill them, and either aoe the player so the horse takes damage or attack and kill the horse directly.

Expected Result
The flagged player should become corrupted when the mount dies.

Bug Report - Actual Result
Nothing, and the flagged player continued to do it to other players on the Resna server in Lionhold.

This is still an issue and still being abused by players.

I also have seen rangers unflagged (the name did not change color and player was not targetable) killing horses with no corruption penalty.

It is good to report problems as it gives the devs the information they need to look at issues with their flagging system. A week and half ago it was that people were getting flagged for healing themselves. If you look at the patch notes, they addressed it. Same with any of these cases. Mounts are meant to give corruption when killed, even if you don't kill the owning player, but to a lesser extent. They will get there eventually. This is why we test.
