Make Pylons Tradeable

I think Pylons crafted through Arcane Engineering should be tradeable since its a consumable crafted through Artisan Crafting. There arent many Consumables to craft with arcane engineering besides pylons right now and not being able to sell them or give them to your guild makes them useless.
