Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Can't log into main website

I haven't tried logging in for quite some time. I went to try to log in today and was asked to reset my password. I did all of that and attempted to log into the main website and it keeps throwing me thru an infinite loop of asking me to sign in over and over again. I can log into the forums no problem, but can't log into the main site. I tried Firefox, Chrome web browsers, all add-ons and extensions disabled with no success. Please help, I wanted to try to check out the alpha test this coming weekend.

    I submitted ticket #67396 and the response was pretty lackluster. They were asking me to double-check to make sure I had access to the alpha. I clearly do, I paid over $200 for the alpha package years ago. I understand they are insanely busy with problems and issues right now, I get it. However, I paid over $200 years ago to gain alpha access to this game, which currently, I have no access to, when I should 100% have access to it. Please help!
