Fighter blitz/dash and pvp melee attacks

Bug 1:
Description
The fighter’s blitz ability is not working properly.
Bug Reproduction Steps:
Its bugged 100% of the time. No steps required to reproduce it.
Expected Result:
Expected result is a 30 meter range dash that connects with the enemy you targeted.
Bug Report - Actual Result:
The actual result is that the ability never exceeds 15 meters of travel distance for your charactery
You can use the ability at a 30 meter range but your character gets stuck/collides at around 15 meters.
It seems to detect the enemy’s character hitbox too early as it plays the collision animation at around 15 meters.
Bug 2:
Description:
When i try to pvp while flagging up, none of the people i know could deal damage with their melee weapons. That is not the case with ranged weapons.
Bug Reproduction Steps:
This happens 100% of the time. No steps required to reproduce it.
Expected Result:
Able to deal damage to opponent players with melee weapons attacks.
Bug Report - Actual Result:
No damage dealt to opponent players with melee weapons attacks.
