Let us Key Bind Right Shift and fix Right CTRL + Key Combo

Let's say you bind the skill ROLL on RIGHT CTRL
Then you bind Mana Song on RIGHT CTRL + NumPad 1
The moment you RIGHT CTRL + NUMPAD 1 to cast your melody song, your character roll and won't cast the music. Other times, will cast the song and not roll.
Please allow the key bind to recognize when something is being held down for a combo key, not to trigger the single key bind.
