Hello Ashes staff, need help already tryed twitter instagram but no one replys

already sent a ticket 4 days ago noting

i have pahse 2 pack awant to upgrad to phase 1 please someone reply

    damm, kinda bad theres no option to upgrade, that should be a easy implementation i think

    and tbh 5 days and still no reply to my first ticket so until i get a reply so i can reply again for a refund not in hope before the end of the month....

    You should now be able to upgrade a Wave bundle to a higher tier. Sign in to your account and visit the Ashes of Creation shop to see the Wave Bundle upgrades.
