Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Pending Service Connection - !!!

in Alpha Two Bug Reporting
Today is the second week of Alpha 2 for me. I opened the launcher and installed, and was greeted by Pending Service Connection Code:32. Then, it tries to connect and I get Code:33. And then I am met with Character Creation. Not sure what the deal is, but it did scare me. :D'

    Description
    I am unable to get to character selection and am met with an endless "Connecting..." screen after the game launches. I've received codes 12, 32, 33, and 34 so far after repeated attempts. I haven't been able to get to character selection once since servers went live Friday 11/1/2024. I was able to connect last weekend but crashed frequently. Resolved by reinstalling Windows.

    Bug Reproduction Steps
    Load up launcher and launch game. Game begins to attempt to connect to the servers but is unsuccessful.

    Expected Result
    Upon loading the game, it should connect to the servers and load in the character and realm selections.

    Bug Report - Actual Result
    Upon loading the game, it gives the error "Pending Service Connection. Code:32". Code may also be 12, 33, or 34. Appears to be random. After closing the code window, the game is stuck in an endless "Connecting..." loop and does not load the character or realm selections. The Escape key can be used to exit the game as expected.

    Actions Taken
    Waiting. Repeated attempts at closing and reopening the game, as well as the launcher. Two repairs. Two computer restarts. Reinstalled game. Updated graphics card drivers. Used different household computer (successful). Reinstalled windows (successful).

    Hello there /
    I had the same problem today, infinite code 32 (clearing cache, repairs, uninstall/install, etc). Finally I fix it with antivirus properly configuration (game exe`s were blocked by deep analysis somehow). Try to check it, may be it will help you too.

    I also am unable to get past Code 32. Nothing ive read seems to fix the issue

    I get that error if I close the launcher before I connect.

    For anyone having this issue, someone just told me to disable IPV6 and it worked for me

    @Cyllandra I had the same issue and i did what @marcommacedo said and it worked the game starts fine now.
