Horse Sprinting Leads to Frozen Horse

Sometimes, when using the sprint ability, horses become "frozen" gliding along without any animation. Character animation still works while on the horse. The bug persists even after dismounting/remounting -- the horse stays frozen while you are unmounted. Issue is fixed when dismissing and re-summoning mount.
