I played the game for 5 or 6 hours and here is some honest feedback and suggested improvements. I really do want the game to succeed so this is constructive criticism.

The Good:
-- I love the world! It is interesting and the monsters are unique
-- I'm playing a Cleric and the healing is pretty nice!
-- I really enjoyed exploring around.

The Bad:
-- When doing a killing x monster quest, even if one other player hits my monster, I don’t get credit for killing it. So I have killed many monsters but because a stray arrow from another player hits it, I didn’t register as a kill. Now imagine how frustrating that is when you are in a tight area with a ton of people trying to kill the same monster and you have to kill 30 of them.

-- Quest navigation and guiding is very confusing. There was a quest in the first area with a curse of some sort? I could not figure out who I had to talk to or what to do so I legit just quit after hunting npc’s down for an hour and gave up on the quest. The markers on the map to indicate quest locations were not helpful, or nonexistent. Maybe implement a guide system like….follow a line of sparkles or put markers on a top compass like skyrim….anything that gives me an idea of who or where to go to.

-- Waypoints. Please implement a way to fast travel -- even if it costs money for some of the farther waypoints. My horse bugs out way too often for me to enjoy “hoofing it”.

-- Make it easy to spot resources I can farm. It’s incredibly hard to level up trades (mining, herb gathering, etc.) when I can’t decipher what resources I can or can’t gather. Most of the resources I tried to farm were red, which is frustrating when I really don’t have any direction on how to improve or level up resource gathering. I was even in the beginning area and all the resources were red!

-- What's the low level area vs high level areas? It was hard to tell, which is related to the resource gathering issue I ran into. Also, not all new players will be experienced at MMO's so give them a kiddie pool to play in so they learn how to swim.

-- Fighting with the scepter is a nightmare and I hate it with a fiery burning passion. The movement is slow, and I’d often miss the target because the range is so short.

A lot of you issues are mostly self inflicted because you're treating like a solo game.

I will agree however that some of the UI/interface/Quest feedback could be better.

Fast travel/waypoints are limited on purpose. You are meant to be working on node development and caravan good transport. I know it might be rough coming from other MMOs where you can map click and go poof and zoom...This is not intended for AOC. the environment and distances are part of the logistics to incentivize players forming groups and achieving common goals

All the resources were red because all the gatherables were already harvested in the local environment by other players with the same gathering skill level as you...you will have to venture out further and perhaps make your own personal notes on what to look for...

    Lionhold is the kiddie pool...
