Respecting the Forgotten quest bugged

Stuck on the 'Look at the Grave' step. There are interact icons on the grave, but can't trigger them.

    Edit: eventually the ghost disappeared and then was able to look at the grave and complete the quest.

    I was able to look at the grave, but the quest wont complete.
