Stuck in loading screen when loading into the game

Description
Stuck in the loading screen after picking a character from the character selection. Loading bar goes to 60-90% then restarts at 0% over and over.
Bug Reproduction Steps
I can't manage to reproduce it, but here is what I did:
1. Open the game
2. Switch Realm to Arioch (EU)
3. Create a new character (Cleric)
4. Press Play
Expected Result
The game would start with the chosen character
Bug Report - Actual Result
The loading screen kept loading to 60-90%, then restart at 0% over and over. Not sure if it is relevant, but each time it started over the text on the lower left changed. In the logs I kept getting the same row over and over:
