Bug - Character inaccessible after game closure + unstuck

I have an issue: my character is inaccessible. When I join the queue, the loading reaches 75%, and then, after a few seconds, the game crashes.
From the logs, it seems the character is inaccessible because it’s in a lost zone. I created a new character, and everything works fine.
Since I was stuck on my main character, I used the 'unstuck' command and then crashed. To test, I did the same 'unstuck' and closed the game with another character, and now I’m facing the same issue.
Would it be possible to unlock them?
