Crowd Control On Unflagged Player

Description
Player flagged purple and used a crowd control ability on me (unflagged). Player then mounted up and drug me behind his horse. I was unable to move until I relogged.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Use the crowd control ability on unflagged player that pulls enemies towards you (I'm guessing tank or fighter has this) while you are flagged. Mount up and then drag him behind you. After being literally kidnapped in this manner I was able to outsmart Ted Bundy by getting him to respond to me in chat and in those short seconds I summoned my own mount and was able to escape his grasp by getting on my horse and running away.

Expected Result
What was the expected result of the action(s)? If it is intended to use crowd control abilities on unflagged players, then the ability itself is expected to just pull the enemy towards you and not cripple his character until relogging.

Bug Report - Actual Result
What was the actual result of the action(s)? Player was able to use crowd control on an unflagged player and was able to drag him behind while walking or riding his mount. I was able to escape on my own mount but was unable to move without my mount until I relogged.
