Glint and Items can sometimes not be sold

Sometimes - when i have been either a handful of Hours or above online,
or when i got disconnected and logged in again -> sometimes i can not sell Stuff i can normally sell.
I don't know why it happens - but it must be a Bug. It is also not relevant if the Glint is "stolen" by me looting a dead Players tiny pile of Ash or not. Sometimes the same Vendor who accepts all my Stuff is not accepting anything of the Stuff i can normally sell to him.
