In Phase 2 of Tumok's Fight our entire raid experienced a significant framerate drop for the remaining duration of the fight (60 down to 5-10 fps).
Bug Reproduction Steps
Reach phase 2 of Tumok's fight where he enrages.
Expected Result
The performance is not significantly affected
Bug Report - Actual Result
Framerate drops through the floor even on low settings.
