Intermittent inability to transfer items/materials to Equipment Storage

Description
During the second half of the day on 11/3/2024 myself and other members of my guild were sometimes unable to transfer items into or out of the equipment storage in Halcyon on Vyra server.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Open dialog window with equipment vendor in Halcyon.

Expected Result
Ability to transfer items/materials.

Bug Report - Actual Result
Unable to transfer items/materials. Must re-log to resolve.

Had a lot of this, I mainly used storage in Miraleth. I could not click nor drag and bug would not resolve until I logged, This was a consistent bug for me and others in our guild.

Same problem i have.
Unclear how to reproduce it all the time but relog solves it.

This issue still exists for us on Eu Shol in Miraleth. Amost every time you go out for fight/explore and come back you have to re-log to access your Vendor bank slots. Very frustrating.

Note: Also issue of ghost vendor slots getting added for ano apparent reason. I have 18 Vendor slots, all of them unuseable.
