Camera orientation bug and WASD weirdness

Discussion Title - Camera view becomes skewed to head on or another random angle not behind

Description
Camera view gets bugged head (or any random angle) on to your character and in the process WASD gets screwy, W was sometimes going left or backwards.
At first I thought I had just accidently hit Z to change mode but it wasn't that as toggling between modes changed nothing.

Bug Reproduction Steps
Unknown, it was random and not related to combat change from tab to action mode but seem to only happen in PvP

Expected Result
For the camera not to get stuck on weird angles to your character that you cannot reset.

Bug Report - Actual Result
The only fix was to logout and log back in again.

    Hopping on your horse fixes this. Happened to me a few times.

    yup I tried that, didn't fix it on the 2nd weekend FYI
