I know this isn't directly what we are testing during Alpha 2, but I would like to see the ability to split the tabs of my chat window into their own separate windows.
Coming from my experience in EQ, I was able to have multiple chat windows open so they didn't flood each other with information and i didn't have to click through to find the one I wanted to read.
I would love to be able to read global, city and guild simultaneously, not to mention keep an eye on my log window.
