Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!
For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

The Fighter class has a decent set of skills with reasonable damage output. However, the lack of crowd control makes it very difficult to compete against ranged classes, which dominate the game(majority in the game as well). It's essential for some melee classes to have more crowd control abilities, as it currently feels nearly impossible to stop or finish off a target without a minimum amount of crowd control. EDIT: a skill with casting time and higher damage is necessary to really make the sleep stun useful in a combat situation as a melee class. If you guys dont want increase the amount of CC in the archetype then put a form of combo to reset cooldown of the gap closer skills ( a combo that does not force you to kill using that skill because you will need the gap closer during the fight, not after it) example: if you hit your enemy with cataclysm it reset your gap close ( effect works once in a minute) improve the class in 30% already.

Some better CC to slow the mob, keep the mob in place, or close the distance and stagger/stun the mob from moving would really help staying within melee range to do some damage.
for pvp - scary thinking a fighter diving with CCs capability. nope nope nope.
