[BUG] Base stats not applied in character sheet.

Description
Game says Strength give 3 physical power per point. Strength stat says there is 0 base Strength. This is true for most stats on character sheet.
Bug Reproduction Steps
Press H,
Look at character sheet,
Highlight Strength, See what it says it does
Highlight Physical power, verify that base is 0.
Expected Result
39 Strength should be 117 physical power.
Bug Report - Actual Result
Strength is not contributing to stats as the game says they do.
