Action camera targeting is bugged

Targeting in action camera is unreliable, you never know what target it selects. you can aim your crosshair exactly on the body of a enemy and it still attacks a enemy far off the screen rather then the target inside the crosshair.
please make it so we have a lower area where action camera targets enemies, and make it target the target always closest to crosshair, if we need to focus a target we can "focus target" target them.
