Launcher not visible
AbyssDiver
The launcher is installed, antivirus is off, background apps off, run the "Intrepid Studios Launcher" as admin. The launcher seems to open somewhere. It shows an icon in the lower tray on the bottom of the screen. However the actual installer is nowhere to be seen. I have tried alt/tab win left arrow right arrow etc. I tried changing resolution multi monitor to single monitor. I can see the program running in task manager/Processes. I opened that to a lower tab for the "Intrepid Launcher (Main)" screen that should be on my screen. I can not (bring to front, minimize/maximize, and switch to does nothing. I am at a loss what should I do about not seeing the installer on either of my screens?

Ya, I have same issue. I see the launcher flash on my screen for about 1/10 of a second then it is gone and running in the backround. Only way to even attempt to reopen is to force close through task manager. Repairing through installer and remove and reinstall does not help.

Same. Just purchased, and haven't been able to play because of 0xc0000005 error, so I tried to change some setting seeing if it would help and now I can't see the launcher while it is running. I so happy =(

So I got mine to work. Uninstall > delete any remaining folders for intrepid > empty recycling bin > empty download folder in browser and computer > restart computer > download launcher.
Now I did this on Friday when there was a new launcher so I would wait until then so that the launcher is updated vs when you last downloaded it.
Hope this helps. I'm still working with a 0xc0000005 error code and cant play anyway.

0xc0000005 when launching game might be related to an anti virus blocking Ashes Client Executable, if it happens when attempting to Launch the Launcher, it could be that an anti virus is blocking the launcher aswell.
If Launcher is not launching, you can try navigating to %localappdata%/Intrepid Studios and deleting that folder. Also reinstalling could help. If issue persists, send your Launcher logs to support!

Creating a new Windows user account did resolve the issue for me.
