Launcher Download Link Broken

A few of us in the Discord are having an issue with the download link for the launcher leading to a "page not found" "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" problem. I have tried using Edge, Chrome, and FireFox. No AdBlockers enabled, not using a VPN, and I did multiple connection tests to make sure that nothing was wrong on my end, but nothing has worked.

    FIXED.

Avast was blocking the link. I had to make an exception by copying the link of the download, then deleting everything after ".com/" in the address so Avast would let me add it as an exception, and it worked.

So go to menu, settings, general, exceptions, add exception. Then put https://ff-intrepid-launcher.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/ in as the exception.

Another option is just to disable all shields for 10 mins. It made me do that to install the file once it had downloaded, otherwise it just kept deleting the file before I could add it as an exception.

So i did what you said, and even after that Avast automatically quarentines the file due to it being infected by malware aparently... ive tried moving it out manually but then the file becomes .exe.crdownload and i cant see to make it work... any tips¿

That's why I just paused all shields for 10 mins by right clicking avast in the task bar. After that I was able to install it, and then I added the program to the exception list so I could avoid more issues.
