Permission denied - not allowed on this phase of testing

Description
Once I try to login on the Alpha 2 testing on launcher and download the latest game version, I recieve the following error:
Permission Denied

Bug Reproduction Steps
I just logged in

Expected Result
To be able to login on Launcher and update the game files for tonight testing phase.

If you're getting this message right now (11/9 11am PT), it is normal as the servers are down for maintenance.

So roughly an hour and I won’t be getting permission denied anymore?
