Launcher Error - Already Running

In the launcher settings i clicked on the start with pc option, i might have clicked on the minimize option as well, don't remember. Now when i click on the icon, it pops up for a split second and dissapears, the second time i click on it, it gives me an error and says it is already running. I've reinstalled and restarted several times. I don't see how i can fix this considering i need the launcher available and open to change the settings back, unless someone knows where the file location is stored that saves those settings.
