In-game responsiveness - the user experience

There are some things that just feel "off" that aren't actual problems, but the game doesn't provide the user any feedback that they are "working as intended".

Here are some feedback issues I've found that could increase the user experience:
  • Dismount / Remount - No feedback that there is a cooldown period if you accidently dismount after mounting.
  • Dismount / Remount - If you dismount after 5-10 seconds, you can instantly remount. Need consistency.
  • Do horses really need to remain for what feels like indefinitely?
  • Allow for enabling autocast - Q. I don't want to have to press it every second.
  • Minimap & map should display party members easier. The icons do not stand out well enough, and I have no means of increasing the size of said icons.3bnp6wbzucgq.png
  • Dont remove my party members on the UI minimap/map just because I'm close to them (or allow me the option to keep them persistent).
  • The feedback for when you activate something (e.g. chopping a tree) should maybe have a timer? It feels arbitrary at times when you're interacting with something out in the world.
  • The horse animations for running don't align. As you're going straight, your horse is still turning. It stands out so prominently. A better mount animation would polish this a lot and provide a cleaner experience.
  • A "You cannot do that" message shows up briefly, but there's no audio feedback that says it. Having a voice or something that say it would provide an auditory response if we miss the visual.

I'll add more to this list as I play this weekend and if others respond with their own responsiveness requests.

Thanks for reading.
