Can't repair a broken tool.

My repair all button is greyed out and won't do anything, and if I open my character sheet and try repairing singularly it says
"There was an issue repairing your items."
I also can't unequip my tools. Closing and relaunching the game also doesn't help.
I would try to recreate this with other tools but every single Harvesting node I've found doesn't work (I harvest it and just nothing happens, a separate bug.)
