at the character creation screen I'm getting some bugs such as the preset body, face shape and eyes being full white and not showing a small screen of the presets. The character preview keeps blinking constantly.

    Seeing similar issues here, though only intermittently. Sometimes the textures on the buttons show up, sometimes they're just flat white. Occasionally odd flickers of light on the character.
