Everything lost after server restart

After todays restart of Castus I logged back into a completely naked character. No gear, all inventory items gone, no money, no bags, journal completely empty.
This happened to a guild member that I was partied with as well.
I've relogged a few times with no change. I really don't want to remake this character unless I have to.
