Permission Denied

when i go to log in i get an !error " permission denied. if your account has access to the current testing phase, please try again later. please check ashes of creation discord server or the forums for the latest play schedule." i do have access to the phase but not sure whats causing this error.

Any ideas?

Same. if the servers are down i understand, and even if they are, it shouldnt say that. This needs to be fixed now. No permission, my 120 bucks gave me permission, so either fix it, or give me a refund.

Note for anyone else who comes in here ... check the official Discord server (specifically the alpha-two-news channel) for updates. It turns out that the servers were down.

You should read the fine print. Also, servers are down for maintenance which happens quite a lot during tests. Alphas may not be your jam if you loose your mind the second things go wrong.
