Upon creating a character and throughout the creation process, the character model has a white flash on the armor/skin.

Begin making a character create process. Occurs
Expected Result
To have a character present without flashing lights on it.
Bug Report - Actual Result
Character skin/armor has white/bright flashes on it throughout character create
