magician spell problem reporting

Good morning, I would like to point out some problems with the magician's spells:
-the Tempestuous Cone of Cold talent does not push the enemy back
-the Accelerative Blink talent does not allow you to cast Fireball, Frostbolt or Lightning Strike instantly
For now I have encountered these problems, if I encounter others I will update my review.
