TL;DR
I installed Ashes of Creation launcher, logged in, installed the game, discord got hacked, I re-secured my discord in seconds, performed full system reset for security, installed launcher again, tried to log in, and I get the message below now... (it's been roughly 24 hours of this)
Before anyone asks, yes I tried clearing the login session and the game cache settings. I've also cleared my browser history completely just in case since I have a synced profile and was afraid it carried the login session with it since the website is also giving me this error on my gaming desktop, though not on my laptop that uses the same synced profile.
My laptop allows me to login alright to both the website and launcher, but for some reason my gaming desktop is locked out. I'd very much like to play this as I paid a bit to do so... Any help here is appreciated.
