Master Fishing is achievable, but bugged

I hit Master Fishing this morning. Level 30 fishing with a full bar. I could promote to Master np, but when I did I was unable to get any fish, nor did I get any character XP (the usual 37 xp). I stood there and did the fishing animation, but no fish, no xp.

As soon as I demoted to Journeyman again, I could catch fish and get my 37 XP.

It currently isn't possible to get to fishing lvl 31.

I did the /bug obviously. :smile:

Perhaps the other professions are limited to lvl 30 as well, but I hope others can confirm that.

    Hunting goes beyond 30; I think it's just us fishing fellas that are suffering the level 30 cap.

    dang. I didnt go super hard on fishing but i still made it to 16. Did you craft yourself better fishing gear or did you just go at it with the vendor stuff?

    I went and made a rare novice fishermans shirt and pole. they give faster fishing, higher durability, and an exp bonus on the shirt so really important to go and try to make these.
    i forgot to get a ss of the shirt i made but this is the pole.

    where is the fishing trainer to increase your Cert? i got 10, but am lost on what to do.

    theres a guy at the cook house where the open world fish bench and cook bench are at. when you open the dialog it doesnt look like you can scroll down for the certification, but you can.

    reason for that is lvl 30-50 gatherable dont exist yet since level cap is 25 they havant done anything beyond level 20 stuff :p
    so im guessing when ever you would catch a lvl 30 fish u get nothing cause the item doesnt exsist just yet :P
