Crashing my Potato

my pc specs are AMD RX 6600 GPU with a AMD ryzen 5600 CPU and 32 GB of ram i was able to play for about 2 hours i went to eat dinner so i logged out and now my PC crashes every time i try to start up AOC (full PC crash)
