Gaining Weapon Skills

You should only gain weapon skill points on a weapon when it is used. Automatically increasing both is to easy.

If I help a player kill a mob and get no XP, how did I NOT gain weapon skill? I used my weapon and it did damage to the mob. Skill needs to be on a separate system.
