Ranger's Scattershot

Please, remove the jump-back feedback when you use the scattershot... I understand that you want this skill to have weight and to feel powerful, but this is just... to put it plainly, annoying.
It messes with positioning, it throws you off cliffs or you fall through the cracks in the buildings (when you're on higher floors).
Also, decrease the casting time. Why do I have to cast it for what? 3 seconds? I am a ranger, not a mage... I shoot arrows not doing incantations... The ranger at the moment is more of a caster than the mages themselves... Auto attacks are something that I rarely do because all I do is cast skills non-stop. There is little time between skill rotations to do auto attacks, and when there is, I don't have time to do all the attack patterns (finishers, extended, etc)

But perhaps they should add a "free" option to disable to jump-back for those who dont want it?
As for not auto-attacking; I am not sure how many pocket bards/clerics you got but I certainly cannot afford the mana loss to spam abilities on CD. X] (level 15)
It is not about affording, it is about doing damage. I am not going to drag a fight 10 minutes just because I am watching my mana.
Also, why does a ranger, that shoots arrows, care about mana that much? Rangers are dps, mostly single target dps. They do physical damage. Why use this much mana? The skills need balancing.
