The bounty hunting system is the answer

The bounty hunters should be the balance to the PVP problems @StevenSharif you allow nodes to have mayors you allow entire player driven towns and wars why is this issue not handled with the same vision? allow bounty hunting prof to track and kill red players which should be called outlaws. There is no need for gear loss simple loss of durability and exp is plenty as well as all the goods stolen returned to player once bounty is turned into the local node and the greifed player is delivered justice. this will be an easy fix to this massive problem @StevenSharif
in the case of spawn camping you simply place a ticket in your node you belong to and bounty hunters given a tracking quest to your location the enemy will be hunted and killed and your goods returned once the quest is turned into your node.
