XP debuff to lvl difference is Unfair

I'm at a big guild and started to play at 8/11 wave 1, i meet a lot of people and leveled up with them, but i have a lot of time at the weekends and got xp to fast, but they don't, i wanna play with them at this next weekend but is just impossible, i'm lvl 18 and them 12-14, i mean, i'm just a cleric, don't seems fair one person with highter level debuff all other 7 people, make this debuff based at medium party lvl, and if you are level highter than the medium party level, you get debuff too, this seems a lot more fair
