Character skill rollback

My character got rolled back after a connection timed out. Inventory didnt.
1. Right click armorer recipes
2. Check recipes at the smithy in WInstead
3. While scrolling recipes get kicked from realm; Connection to realm has been lost
4. Press play immediately when play available
5. When logged in click armor station to check the recipes
6. Notice every learned recipe prior to crash is gone
7. Had to redo the certification for metalworking
8. Inventory storage didnt got rolled back, aka no recipes in bank or where ever
