Mouse Movement

I know this going to sound weird but I rebind all my movement to my mouse. In most instances everything works fine but when I'm in a storage window or crafting window I still move around when selecting crafting or selling things. I would like to see a toggle to turn this off or on. Or perhaps movement removed while in an NPC window.
