Ran across this issue Saturday. Game went unresponsive, so alt-f4 and logged back in. Once I was back in all quests were gone. All my armor was gone, and weapons were gone. Inventory was emptied, currency set to 0, and my father bag was gone as well. While the armor and weapons are an inconvenience. Without a bag, I cannot go back to Lionhold and complete the starting quest again to get my horse, nor can I farm anything to get currency to buy new armor. All the while I've retained my levels, and skills. At the moment seems like the character might need to be deleted just to be able to get progress any further.
